For the budding aficionado, in our first course we run through the background of coffee, including a brief discussion on the roasting, blending and cupping process. We then go through grinding, dosing and tamping technique; extraction; then, milk frothing and pouring techniques and on to machine cleaning and maintenance. This course involves hands-on learning.
